The position is to make sure the lab is running smoothly and carrying out the goals and objectives of the company.

Core Responsibilities

Analyzing, concentration and distillation of oils.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as relativity of compounds present variances, proportions, ratios, volume.

Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in new analytical situations.

Need to have a big picture mind set

Education:

Bachelors or Masters Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Masters preferred

Experience: 5-10 years in food and beverage

A plus would be to citrus oil background

Core Analytical skill set

Skills: Leadership, excellent communication and organization, flexibility
