Main Purpose of Role:

Ability to do investigation and problem-solving of food safety at their 30 co-packers.

Detection of hazards and determining corrective action.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintaining the day to day manufacturing operations, problem solving, investigations

Communicate effectively with all parties the issues that arise with quality, technical support etc.

Flexibility to travel to various co-packers, 10% of the time

Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects

Experience/Background:

Minimum of 5 years in Food Manufacturing environment

Education:

BS or MS Food Science
