They specialize in fruit preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice and bakery manufacturers. They are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at their location in Indiana.
Our client is a dedicated, gluten-free bakery. Started only 8 years ago, their products are now available in 8000 stores nationwide. They currently have an opening for a Regulatory Affairs Scientist. This Scientist performs a variety of regulatory activities related to raw materials, finished products, third-party registration, labeling, claims, packaging, food safety, and database management to ensure compliance with applicable food laws, auditing bodies, and Company’s internal standards. This role proactively identifies improvements in regulatory activity and takes action to implement such improvements to create a positive scientific and regulatory environment.
