Moira McGrath is president and founder of OPUS International, Inc. Following graduation from Cornell University with a degree in Hotel Administration, Moira focused her early career on hotel and restaurant operations and management. She worked in Atlanta, San Francisco and Ohio until a career change brought her to Florida. Shortly thereafter, she chose to then pursue the field of executive search. After working for others for a few years, she started her own firm in 1993, She and her staff at OPUS specialize in placing scientists in research and development and quality assurance positions with food and food ingredient manufacturers.
Along with managing her company, she is very involved in related volunteer activities, particularly with the Institute of Food Technologists, a scientific society serving over 18,000 members. She has served on their Board of Directors, and chaired numerous other committees.
Moira has served on Cornell University’s School of Food Science Advisory Council, since 1997, chairing that group in 2000,-2001, 2004-2005. She has also served or is serving on Advisory Councils for Texas A&M, University of Florida, and Virginia Tech.
Gina holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She has five years experience working in the Communications field, and seven years working in specialized Recruiting. In the past 12 years she has successfully matched the right candidates with the right positions, and believes that continued learning and personal growth is the key to success.
An avid reader, traveler, and cook, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband and son in her native home of South Florida.
Suzanne Scully came to OPUS International, Inc., in May 2004, bringing seven years’ prior experience in recruiting hi-tech sales and marketing professionals, physicians, and administrative personnel. She wears many hats at OPUS: Marketing Manager, IT Specialist, Administration Manager, and anything else that is needed in the office.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Suzanne studied education at the University of Louisville before entering the business world. Besides her work in recruiting, Suzanne has been a small business owner, sales representative for an office equipment company, human resources administrative assistant and office manager.
Suzanne has attended various recruiter training seminars. She loves to cook and is especially enjoying working with the food industry.

Susan Canarick graduated with a degree in History and Education from American University but found her natural proclivity towards conversation and helping people led her to her career as an executive search consultant.
Since 1997, she has been successfully coaching and guiding candidates through their job search process and career transition. Susan has coached entry-level candidates and seasoned professionals to prepare for and be confident when they interview.
Susan is a “Competent Communicator” Toastmaster. She is an avid cook, enjoys working out, reading and Harley adventures!
Barbara holds a “PHR” (Professional in Human Resources), Designation, signifying her body of knowledge in the human resources field. She has over twelve (12) years experience in human resources where among many HR functions, she was solely responsible for recruiting all levels of personnel, including Executive, QA/QC, Legal, Sales & Marketing, Administrative and most recently IT professionals. Barbara believes that employing the right people is what makes a company successful. She truly enjoys being part of that process.
In her free time, Barbara enjoys reading, traveling, watching the food channel, and trying out new recipes with family and friends.
